At least 34 auto thefts in Minneapolis in ONE DAY last Sunday. We were reporting all day as armed auto theft suspects terrorized the city and taunted police (who are not allowed to pursue and apprehend them). 203 auto thefts in the 7-day period ending last Sunday. #Mpls
