I'm blessed beyond words to be the IA Principal at PS38R! Our first faculty PD was creating vision boards for 2024, enjoying appetizers, and taking a staff picture around our cake! #ProudPrincipal

Next year's 3rd grade team analyzed multiple forms of data and discussed implications for core instruction, began working on their MTSS plan to pitch to the Instructional Team, and reflected on professional development needs/next steps. First Grade, tag! You're it tomorrow!!!

4th grade teachers and paras analyzed incoming EOY data for incoming 3rd graders to pitch their MTSS plan to the Instructional Team for next year. As I expected, they rose to the occasion. Next up, 3rd Grade tomorrow!

Teacher appreciation week starts with self-care for those who are always caring for others. Mindfulness, yoga, affirmations, and reflection. SEL isn’t just for our students, it’s for our staff as well. We LOVE our RBS educators. #caringfortheWHOLEeducator @District5NYC
