Let's just call what this "harm reduction" thing what it is: It's a genocide. I lived on the street for 8 years. Hitchhiked all over the US, slept in big sprawling bum camps all over, including Seattle. State agencies hand out paraphernalia and money to anyone who wants them. Camping is decriminalized. "Quality of life" measures are de-emphasized. Hard drugs are de-facto legal. I even suspect that some of the members of local and state governments responsible for these disastrous policies may be in cahoots with major drug traffickers. The unstated goal appears to be to create dense "zones" where society's undesirables can go to commit mass suicide with these drugs. It's not just the mentally ill, it's also veterans, dissidents, and large contingents of society's strongest and most maladjusted individuals; many of whom would have, without the drugs, been political rabble-rousers of a most inconvenient type. An army of "true believer" do-gooder liberal social worker types hand out the needles to them all with a smile. They dole out cash benefits knowing that they'll be spent on drugs, and knowing that women will prostitute themselves for those cash and EBT cards. They read whatever far-left sociology crap they've got to read to convince themselves that they're doing something genuinely benevolent. Ten years ago I knew tons of "crust punk" traveling types for whom the phrase "going to San Francisco" was a euphemism for killing themselves. Because everyone knew you could go to SF, get huge cash benefits, free needles, cheap drugs, legal camping, never get arrested for literally anything -- and you could just slip into addiction until you finally ODed. It wasn't a joke. Many people I knew and had met actually went there and did exactly that, and are now dead. Those pushing this "harm reduction" garbage are culpable in their deaths. Those who rabidly work to defend the "harm reduction" infrastructure, and who persecute those who call it out, go against it, or interrupt it are also culpable. Those at the top know exactly what they are doing, it is deliberate, and it is a eugenics program designed to cull the most undesirable, problematic contingent of American society. Many of them also profit handsomely, both in dollars and in votes. As I said, I think many of them are also cartel-connected, China-connected, etc. Turns out that old-fashioned "law and order" policing is actually BENEVOLENT and MERCIFUL to a great majority of addicts, mentally ill, chronically homeless, and so on. Saying "here's a cash card and free needles" is actually the cruelest, most evil thing you could do for them, and shame on the progressive do-gooders who act naive about this and think otherwise.
State of Washington is investigating We Heart Seattle for picking up the needles and fentanyl foil they hand out. For six years we’ve removed hundreds of thousands of pieces of used drug paraphernalia from Seattle parks, greenbelts, and neighborhoods, the exact litter created by government-funded distribution programs. Now L&I is investigating us for ā€œimproperlyā€ collecting the same needles and foil that officials freely distribute and then leave for communities to deal with. This bureaucratic overreach will drain time and resources meant for cleanups and outreach. If you believe this is hypocritical and want the work to continue, support us today: weheartseattle.org We pick up what they drop. Don’t let them stop us.

Healthcare in Maine is nightmarish. Almost as bad as Canada. Troy Jackson and Hannah Pingree and the billionaire leftists funding the Maine Democrat machine will blame it on Susan Collins, but that’s an insidious lie. Maine’s healthcare system is broken because Janet Mills and Democratic lawmakers added able-bodied childless adults and non-citizens to MaineCare. The massive expansion of Medicaid not only broke our budget, it broke our hospitals. Medicaid and Medicare reimburse hospitals at such a low rate that they lose money. The losses are tolerable when 10 to 20% of the population is on welfare. But when 40%+ of the population is on welfare, and aging seniors are taking advantage of the Medicare benefits they’ve already paid for, and then you add tens of thousands of non-citizens to the welfare rolls — then your hospitals start to die. The non-citizens don’t just get free childbirth care and free everything until they are 21 (and usually older). They also get free translation services for Spanish, Portuguese, Lingala, Mandarin, and Somali, inter alia. All of these costs have made it impossible to run a hospital in Maine. We also know, thanks to Maine Health Data Organization data, that the MaineCare population uses hospitals WAY more than people who actually have co-pays and deductibles. They also use the emergency room like it’s an urgent care clinic or a primary care office. This only exacerbates the cost issue and contributes to far worse health care experiences for the people who are actually paying the bills. Now Jackson and Pingree are bleating about ā€œMedicare for All,ā€ but that’s just the same old tired BS. It means worse health care for everyone, more hospital closures, longer wait lines, and more talented doctors fleeing the state or moving into cash only practices.

This isn’t just stupid, it’s false. Maine is not ā€œuncededā€ land. The Chairman of the Maine Democratic Party, despite being a lawyer, is just factually wrong about that status of tribal land claims. The Wabanaki tribes ceded their land claims when they agreed to the Maine Indian Claims Settlement Act. President Carter signed the act on October 10, 1980. The tribal governing bodies of the the Passamaquoddy Tribe, the Penobscot Nation, and the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians (later the Aroostook Band of Micmacs) unanimously approved the agreement. In exchange, they ceded all claims to land owned by federal, state, and local governments, as well as private parties. The tribes specifically agreed to extinguish and release all claims or potential future claims to land in exchange for $81.5 million, which was split between cash and land. They took the money and forfeited their legal or moral claim to the land. Anyone blathering about ā€œstolenā€ or ā€œuncededā€ land is just a moron who doesn’t know Maine history. You can argue that the 1980 act was a raw deal. It was! You can argue that the implementing legislation wasn’t favorable enough to the tribes. That’s true! You can argue that the tribal elders embezzled all the money and made shitty decisions about what land to acquire. Also true! But you cannot say the land is unceded, because it is ceded in every possible legal definition of the term. Charles Dingman is a dumbass.
Maine Democrats' coronation to replace Graham Platner opens with a land acknowledgement. "We are meeting today in the unceded homeland of the Penobscot nation, the Maine Democratic Party acknowledges the Maliseet, Miā€˜kmaq, Passamaquoddy, and Penobscot tribal nations."

These hypocritical jackasses spent years screaming ā€œbelieve all womenā€ like it was holy scripture when they wanted to destroy Brett Kavanaugh. Zero corroboration. No witnesses. Nothing. Just an accusation and they treated him like he was already guilty as sin. They wanted blood and they wanted it fast. Now their boy Graham 'P-Hustle' Platner gets hit with multiple ex-girlfriends describing toxic, demeaning, physically rough behavior ... and this time there are actual texts, Google chats, Facebook messages, and diary entries the New York Times reviewed. More contemporaneous evidence than Kavanaugh ever faced in his life. And what do these same goddamn people do? They shrug. They attack the accuser’s politics. Sheldon Whitehouse comes out and says he’s ā€œnot impressedā€ and it’s ā€œa lot of nothingā€ because she worked in conservative circles. Suddenly they give a shit about corroboration. Suddenly they want context. Suddenly the slogan is too inconvenient. What a crock of shit. They never believed all women. They never gave a damn about victims. They only ever cared about using accusations as a weapon to grab power. When it was a conservative on the Supreme Court, allegations were automatic disqualification. When it’s their guy trying to knock off Susan Collins, the allegations become a minor inconvenience that needs to be managed and memory-holed. Fuck their fake principles. Fuck their selective outrage. And fuck every last one of them who spent years pretending this was about justice instead of raw, naked power. Platner just ripped the mask off the whole rotten game. You tried to paint me as a pervert for exposing fraud, and as a result radical leftists started trying to dox me and send death threats, wanting to kill me. Now you are taking credit for ā€œleading the chargeā€ on the fraud. Are you serious? You are the fraud.
California is again leading the charge against large-scale identity theft and hospice fraud. Today, we're taking decisive action against 14 providers who tried using stolen identities to bill Medi-Cal for nonexistent hospice services.

This is why I support ICE. Mine is #6 on the top row. Instead of El Paso judge releasing him to ICE they let him go on bond for aggregated assault. He killed my daughter a week later.

This falls right in line with my post about the difference between Obama and Trump with regards to ICE. So how does Tom Holman receive the Distinguished Service Award for his work with ICE under Obama, but now he’s a Nazi? Make it make sense. America is falling for one of the biggest gaslighting campaign in history.

The Left's Permanent Alliance With Tyranny The Western Left is trapped in a pattern that no failure ever corrects. It is not ignorance. It is not naivety. It is a habit of mind – a reflex so ingrained it now operates without thought. Wherever power sets itself against the West, the Left leans toward it. Wherever a regime defines itself in opposition to America, Britain, or Israel, the Left suspends its moral faculties and rebrands that abdication "principle". Venezuela is only the latest proof. The collapse of NicolĆ”s Maduro's regime should have been uncontroversial. A bankrupt state. A stolen election. A population driven into exile by hunger, fear, and repression. A dictatorship propped up by force and foreign patrons. Yet the British Left responded not with relief, but with rage – not at the tyrant, but at the country that removed him. The moment the United States acted, the verdict was fixed. Whatever followed was irrelevant. This is not a lapse. It is a pattern. For half a century, the British Left has attached itself to strongmen and movements whose only consistent trait is hostility to the West. Castro, Mao, Chavez, Saddam, Hamas, Iran – the names change, the instinct does not. Each was excused, romanticised, or rebranded as "resistance" while their victims were written off as collateral or lies. The logic is brutally simple. The Left no longer judges regimes by how they treat their people. It judges them by whom they oppose. If a government crushes dissent, rigs elections, jails opponents, or starves its population, that is unfortunate but negotiable. If it also defines itself against America, that brutality becomes contextual, even admirable. Tyranny is forgiven so long as it points in the right direction. That is why Jeremy Corbyn can call on Britain to "stand with Venezuela" while Venezuelans flee by the million. Why Diane Abbott can thunder about international law when Washington acts, yet fall silent when regimes gun down protesters. Why Ken Livingstone could fawn over Hugo ChĆ”vez even as Venezuela slid toward ruin. The people on the receiving end never matter. The alignment does. This is why the Left's supposed anti-imperialism is a sham. American power is condemned as predatory, but Chinese expansion is waved through as development. Washington's influence is treated as neocolonialism, while Beijing's ports, mines, and debt traps are ignored. Xi Jinping builds a global empire and escapes scrutiny because his project weakens the West. That alone is enough. Donald Trump's role in Venezuela only sharpens the reflex. Because Donald Trump acted, the act itself must be illegitimate. Trump is incidental. Had another American president done the same thing, the language would soften. When Trump does it, legality is rediscovered, sovereignty invoked, and dictators recast as victims. The rule is absolute: America must always be wrong. This is not moral seriousness. It is inversion. Good and evil are not weighed; they are assigned. Freedom movements backed by the West are dismissed as puppets. Authoritarian regimes opposed to the West are treated as misunderstood. The Left does not fail to see oppression. It sees it and looks away, because acknowledging it would disrupt the story it tells itself about history, power, and blame. The tragedy is not that the Left keeps backing lost causes. It is that it keeps backing the wrong side of human suffering. Again and again, it chooses ideology over people, posture over truth, and grievance over liberty. Venezuela strips away the last excuse. What remains is a political culture that would rather see a country burn than concede that the West might sometimes be right – and it will not stop. "That is why Jeremy Corbyn can call on Britain to "stand with Venezuela" while Venezuelans flee by the million."

This 85-year-old widow called a tree removal company, begging for firewood to heat her home with this winter. The only problem? She couldn't afford to pay for any of it. Paul Brittain, the owner of the company, not only delivered firewood for free, but also fixed her roof, heating/AC unit and car! The best part, he didn’t take a single penny from her, and even raised $20,000 for her this Christmas. This is the America we all know and love, and in an America full of toxic Democrats, be a Paul Brittain!

1989. Joe Biden delivers a televised message from the Democrat party, calling on then President Bush to do more to stop the flow of drugs into the country. In addition to calling for more prisons and more cops, Biden said that Democrats want the creation of a strike force to attack drug dealers before they reach our borders. "Let's go after the drug lords where they live with an international strike force. There must be no safe haven for these narco-terrorists and they must know it." Times have changed a little.

Capitalism has been so successful at eradicating poverty, hunger, and hardship that it gave rise to a generation utterly detached from the realities of production, trade, and effort. They’ve grown up in comfort, surrounded by abundance, and instead of gratitude, they respond with resentment, as if wealth is the natural state of things and capitalism is just getting in the way of even more. In any other era, these people would be forced to confront the consequences of their delusions. But capitalism, in its brilliance, has created so much surplus that even the most useless ideologues can eat well, live long, and tweet their hatred for markets from devices built by free enterprise. It’s the spoiled child biting the hand that feeds him, not out of hunger, but because he’s been fed too well for too long. They hate capitalism not because it failed, but because it succeeded so thoroughly that it protected them from ever having to grow up.

This is insane and it's happening today.
A truly wild bill is coming before the Maine Legislature tomorrow. One of the craziest we've seen. LD 227 - Supporters surprised the public with it and staged the public hearing for tomorrow morning, Election Day. The bill would create a legal-right to "gender affirming" child mutilation and abortion. Plus, it would create a new right to sue anyone who interferes in attempts to secure those services for an individual. Here are some screenshots from the bill. You can read the whole thing at this link. @TheMaineWire will be covering the hearing tomorrow. drive.google.com/file/d/1X5Q…

Let me make a mathematical point about the new E. Jean Carroll verdict — actually a mathematical point combined with a point about the law of preclusion. The original verdict was about $5 million, which should be res judicata between Trump and Carroll for damage to her reputation. But the new verdict is over $83 million. This makes no mathematical sense and cannot be squared with the law of preclusion. The only way that the damages for renewed defamation could exceed the original $5 million is by virtue of a new punitive damages component which itself cannot be unmoored to baseline compensatory damages. A reputation once injured and compensated cannot be recompensed a second time at more than an order of magnitude higher than the original recompense. But the damages here do not meet those basic conditions. Ergo, it is illogical. Ergo, it is illegal. Ergo, it is a travesty of justice. Q.E.D.
