This cohort study of 1023 blood samples demonstrated sex-dependent changes in plasma GFAP, UCH-L1, NfL, and t-tau in adolescents with sport-related concussion, supporting their continued use in investigating concussion pathology in pediatric populations. ja.ma/4g6O4Id
