Everyone is interested in #RWAs .
Team, product, tokenomics, and momentum are all important.
None of this matters if they haven’t taken care of compliance.
Here are some questions you need to ask:
1. Do they have a broker/dealer license to tokenize shares?
2. How will they solicit investment from EU and US investors?
3. Do they have a crypto custodian license, or are they just selling fractional pieces of a fund?
4. Tokenized assets will be considered security tokens. How do they stay compliant if these are being traded across blockchains?
5. Do you have a license to run an exchange for tokens and or securities?
6. How will they do KYC and reporting and rule out customers who are not allowed to purchase the tokens?
The only RWA project that has addressed all these questions is Everest $ID @EverestDotOrg
