Congratulations to Marek Tzagournis on becoming just the second player in Ohio High School Lacrosse history to reach 400 career points. Marek trails Connor Buczek (St. Xavier, 2011) by 9 for most points all-time.

Ever wonder why one teacher struggles so much with a student and others don’t. 9/10 times it is about the relationship between the student and #educator. Spend an extra minute or two every day connecting with ur hardest to reach kid. Relationships matter!

Every time we remove a student from class we rip away another layer of our own power. I’m not saying never to do it. I’m saying this always needs to be factored before removal.

Quote from my son…”This was the best day of my life. We won our @DFL_Dublin_OH football championship and I saw CJ Stroud at dinner!” Thanks @CJ7STROUD for being so kind to these little guys who idolize you! ❤️ Go Bucks!

Some adults in school are really good at pouring gasoline on a little tiny fire. I’m not saying the kid isn’t at fault, disrespectful, rude, etc... I’m simply asking do you pour gasoline or water? Goal=defuse. Every time. #thatonkid
