I must know at least 4 people with deep pockets and a passion for saving the lives of native wildlife who'd love to have a wildlife hospital room named after them (or their company), right? This is @BonorongTAS Wildlife Sanctuary's Project RECAP: pozible.com/project/bonorong…
If you see someone talking about another person in a way that isn't treating them like a person, speak up and let them know that isn't acceptable.
And if someone speaks up and tells you what you said about another person is dehumanising and not acceptable, don't just react, actually take a moment to think properly about it and self-reflect.
Any spectrogram enjoyers?
I made a browser extension that adds spectrograms to audio on @inaturalist observations. Adjustable parameters via the little cog in the top right.
Handy for visualising bat, frog, bird, insect, and maybe even cetacean calls.

Oh wow...

I wonder if anyone has done a cast of White’s Skink (Liopholis whitii) burrows / tunnels… I’m curious to know if they make chambers, how they manage water coming in, whether they do anything to manage temperature, etc.
Perhaps @Erikwapstra or @GeoffWhile know?
