Agreed not the time to mention a negative even if the end game is a positive. Bottom line @grahamctv always seems to be kinda awkward when he comments on things. He's definitely not as smooth in his delivery as @PatriciaBoalCTV when it's unscripted.
I understand what @grahamctv was trying to say but Graham should have omitted the "no university" part like John Ruttle did when he provided his comments afterwards. Best to avoid any "negatives" after someone passes away -in my opinion, shows more respect. @PatriciaBoalCTV

At 13:20, a resident called us to report they pulled over on Don Reid Dr when they heard a trapped cat in their engine compartment. We were able to safely remove the cat & brought it to an animal hospital to be checked & have a cut on its neck treated. 1/2 #OttNews – at Ottawa, Ontario

Dear students: you can bet that employers will be scanning these pics tomorrow… there are consequences to behaviour like this… such as criminal charges and loss of employment due to not being able to obtain security clearance.
Our newsroom just received this note presumably from someone who is suddenly realizing that bad/criminal public behaviour usually becomes public these days #PandaGame
