For the generation who haven't been restricted I hope support is in place for them going forward. We've been impacted and CEOP, CAMHS,GP+ others not sufficiently resourced to help our young people. //www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/c77yx1jpg1nt

Feel Good Gluten Free is a Sunday Times Best Seller 🤯
I’ve written 8 gluten free recipe books and ALL 8 have been Sunday Times Best Sellers - if that doesn’t show there is a real demand for gluten free then I don’t know what does?!
Thanks all for the support! x

Healthcare experts are calling for urgent action as the removal of gluten free prescriptions across England continues to grow, creating a postcode lottery that puts people with coeliac disease at risk.
Coeliac UK’s Health Advisory Council, alongside @BDA_Dietitians and @RCPCHtweets, has written to the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, Wes Streeting, warning of widening health inequalities, particularly for children and low income households. With gluten free prescriptions being withdrawn by more and more local areas in England, many people are struggling to access the only treatment for coeliac disease: a strict gluten free diet.
Research shows gluten free food can cost up to 35% more, with many people already forced into unsafe compromises due to cost pressures. Experts are urging the UK Government to step in and introduce national guidance to protect patients and prevent avoidable harm.
