I caught up with WWE Superstar @OfficialEGO (shiny mask an all) to talk about his role in the new WWE/Reelshort microdrama "Agent of Shadows" and to find out, once and for all, whether he is from Hamilton or Stoney Creek? torontosun.com/sports/wrestl…

When @OHLHockey announced the return of the Cornwall Royals’ jersey, they mentioned that a teenage fan had created the logo for a contest in 1969.
I tracked him down. Here’s 73-year old Roger Healey on how he designed the classic “home-grown” crest.

No one works harder, cares more or is more hardcore than @NatbyNature!
When most wrestlers 20-plus years in would be working less and trying to extend their careers, Nattie is working more, harder and is the absolute best shape of her life.
An absolute warrior.

Wrapping up a look across the #OHL with a snapshot of the East Division, an interesting mix that should prove to be a competitive finish down the stretch in 2026-27.

Life update.
After just under 14 year in wrestling and doing sports my entire life… It’s caught up to me. Surgery was never a first option for me, but it got to the point that it was needed…
First one down…
Hopefully no more…
I’ve survived, now it’s time to start thriving again so I can get back to what I love to do!
See you all down the road. 🤘🏼
