BORIS JOHNSON. At last it has been proved he is a liar. His big lie about Brexit with the red bus £300m per week was outrageous. When I ran public companies if I lied to my shareholders I would put in jail. The damage he has caused by this lie resulting in Brexit has created catastrophic situation. I think Richard the markets have changed so you need to be ready to keep your buyer. A shame to lose the buyer when everyone else has done everything else to get the house sold.
I can never understand this, I have asked agents why they have not advised their client to get them ‘ready to sell’ all they want to do is put the house on the property portals and sit back and wait. And wait for the Solicitor to send out the forms. And wait. Infuriating
Over the last two years only ONE agent we've agreed a deal with had got his client & their property ready to sell, ordered the searches, completed the forms & had a draft contract ready to go. If you're serious about selling then 'Be Prepared'. spectator.co.uk/article/how-…
