"California voters would do well to pay attention to something my grandfather, a man with a singular wit, was fond of saying: 'When you're flat on your butt, the only way you can look is up.' Aren't things bad enough? Isn't it time to try something different? Come on, California — you are, as my grandfather would have put it, looking up. Now the only thing left to do is to get off your butts — and vote for Steve Hilton." @RoxanneHoge @SteveHiltonx #Traintonowhere

It's simple. California does not verify citizenship status. We did the work for them. We obtained the registered voter list and told them who we believe are noncitizens on their rolls. Knowingly processing noncitizen ballots is a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. §§ 611 and 2. We will hold election officials accountable. No one is above the law.
BREAKING: In an escalation from the DOJ, prosecutors sent demand letters to individual registrars across California, giving them 48 hours to sequester the ballots of suspected noncitizen voters. sfchronicle.com/politics/art…

If a state can't verify the eligibility of their registered voters those votes should be tossed and the election itself deemed deemed invalid and their seats in congress vacated until they can cure the process and hold another election.

Why doesn't the State of CA want to enforce ITS OWN Constitution, which lists U.S. citizenship as one of two requirements to vote?
It's been that way since 1849, in the state's first constitution. At that time only white men who were U.S. citizens could vote, but over the years that was changed and now there are two requirements in the California Constitution - citizenship and age.
Newsom, Bonta, Weber, Logan - if you have a problem enforcing federal law, why don't you enforce the requirements of our own constitution?!

🌊🌲 EL NIÑO 2026–2027 | NOAA RAISES ODDS OF A HISTORIC EVENT
A significant update as we head toward winter!
NOAA's latest October outlook confirms that El Niño continues to strengthen in the Pacific, with an increasing possibility that the 2026–2027 event could become one of the strongest on record.
📊 WHAT HAS CHANGED?
In August, NOAA estimated a 69% chance that El Niño would reach historic strength during October–December 2026.
That probability increased to 75% in September and has now climbed to 83% in October.
That's a 14-percentage-point increase since August!
NOAA defines this historic-strength threshold as a three-month Relative Oceanic Niño Index (RONI) of +2.5°C or higher, exceeding previous events in its record dating back to 1950.
🌧️ WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA?
NOAA's October 15 winter outlook favors above-average precipitation across much of California and the southern United States during December 2026–February 2027.
A stronger El Niño can influence the Pacific jet stream, potentially bringing more storms into Southern California.
🏔️ WHAT ABOUT FRAZIER MOUNTAIN?
Here in the Frazier Park and surrounding mountain communities, we'll be watching several important factors:
🌧️ Rainfall totals and storm intensity
❄️ Snow levels, snowfall, and accumulation
🌬️ Wind speeds and peak gusts
🌡️ Temperatures and freezing conditions
⛰️ Runoff, burn scars, and potential debris-flow concerns
🚗 Winter travel conditions along the Grapevine and mountain roads
An important reminder: A strong El Niño does not guarantee a wet winter, major flooding, or heavy snowfall at any particular location. Individual storm tracks, temperatures, and snow levels will make all the difference.
📡 WATCHING EL NIÑO FROM FRAZIER MOUNTAIN | 2026–2027
At CaLandBird, we'll be following NOAA's updates and documenting what actually happens here at approximately 5,030 feet using our own Ecowitt weather station, photographs, and local observations.
Our goal is to compare seasonal expectations with real conditions throughout the winter.

Steve Hilton's appeal to sane democrats is working. Normal people are horrified by the DSA, and they need SOMETHING to stop the spread of that societal cancer.

🚨 LISTEN: This voter walked into the booth thinking about gas, groceries, and rent, and walked out with the best case for voting red you'll hear all year.
"I realized this election is about far more than gas and groceries."
"I couldn't see myself voting for a party that hates America, apologizes for our country, is ashamed of our flag, and wants to rewrite our history."
"So I voted red, not because Republicans get everything right, but because I believe we can only fix this country if we still have a country left to fix."
That's it. That's the whole election.
Vote RED.
Listen to every word
“I voted. I was standing in that voting booth thinking about high gas prices, expensive groceries, housing costs and the financial pressure on working families. Then my mind went to France, to Dearborn, Michigan and I realized this election is about far more than gas and groceries.
It's about our future, radical Islam, national security, illegal immigration, our borders, education, parental rights, sex and gender policies, and the values our children inherit.
I couldn't see myself voting for a party that hates America, apologizes for our country, is ashamed of our flag, and wants to rewrite our history and abandon our values.
So I voted red, not because Republicans get everything right, always do right by everyday Americans, or are free from corruption, but because I believe we can only fix this country if we still have a country left to fix”
I could not have said it better myself. Voting Blue is literally voting to end America and for the eventual Islamic takeover of America. Voting Democrat means being wiped out by illegals, having our elections permanently rigged, our culture replaced and never having a way out
Everyone needs to vote Red like your life depends on it because it does

Good point. They set ballots aside all the time, for signature verification. But they can't set them aside for eligibility verification?
I'm sure the argument will be that if they received a ballot, they've already technically been found to be eligible, and the signature verification is part of the process outlined by law before the ballot can be counted.
But, if they argue that setting aside the ballot itself is too much work, that's easily disputed.
Replying to @jenvanlaar
If they can’t set aside a few ballots to check out later, esp since it takes months for Ca to count votes, really looks like they are guilty of something. The fact they are unwilling to cooperate shows me we were right all along and we really need intervention from the feds

Huge decision from the 5th Circuit. Illegal aliens arrested by ICE can, in fact, be detained without bond, even if they’ve lived in the U.S. for decades, overturning three lower Fed judges.
From concurrence:
“A nation ceases to be a nation if it can't protect its borders."
This was an 11-6 ruling with the entirely of the 5th Circuit (en banc).
