ITV coverage of England v Norway starts at 8.45pm. That's one hour and 15 minutes before kick-off. That's like in 1999, when ITV gave Bayern v United at the Nou Camp one hour, 15 minutes. Oh no sorry, my mistake. They gave it FIFTEEN MINUTES. On air at 7.30pm for a 7.45pm KO.
