Opera: feeding culture vultures since 1598! Last night we feasted on #OHP's magnificent 'Un Ballo in Maschera'. Verdi’s music's is ravishing & this production, sublime. James Clutton's been creating these musical marvels in the heart of London for 26 years. A total summer treat

Terrific production. Really worth seeing. And even better without Paul's grandfather coming up through the trapdoor.
So great to have you here Samira
So pleased you enjoyed it.
Very excited to finally see Die Fledermaus 🎶 at @operahollandpark. As featured in the Beatles film A HardDay’s Night. 🎬 And thinking of @Isabelwriter’s Mum, who was in the scene & shared such a lovely insights about the shoot for my book.📕

Sparring frenemies, cheating spouses, working-class wannabes - Die Fledermaus is a fizzing Viennese whirl of romantic intrigues, dances & superbly performed drinking songs from across the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Waltz King Strauss, James Clutton & #OHP - a joyous summer treat.
