Rwanda is really such a beautiful country if you're looking to slow down and breathe a little better.
This month alone, I've had two clients ask me to plan them trips to Rwanda; One for a baecation and the other for a friendship vacation.
So I've put together a package for other people looking for an escape.
Spend 8 days in Rwanda with your friend/lover for 5.7M. Package covers two people and includes:
-flights,
- accommodation at a 4 star hotel in Kigali for 5 nights and a 5-star beach-front resort in lake kivu for 3 nights, breakfast covered everyday.
- Kigali city tour
- Safari tour in Akagera park (yes there's a safari in Rwanda but it's expensive so most people don't do it)
- Sunset boat cruise.
- Tea farm tour in the lake kivu area.
- Private tour guide and car for all airport transfers and all movement.
Plus if you want to watch a basketball game live, we can get you tickets to a game for Basketball Africa League or Rwanda Basketball League match.

I’m Stranded in Lagos guys
I Need Your Support 🙏
Hi, my name is Esther Ubak. I came all the way from Akwa Ibom State to Lagos for an exhibition, full of hope and excitement, dreaming that this trip would open doors for my craft and creativity.
I’m a startup without funding anywhere, and to make this trip possible, I had to borrow money from friends, gather materials, and cover my travel expenses, all with the hope that the exhibition would be a success.
But things didn’t turn out as I expected. The exhibition didn’t go as planned, and now, I’m faced with the reality of having to refund every single amount I borrowed.
I really need the support I can get right now.
So here I am, still in Ajah, Lagos, with all the beautiful, handcrafted, upcycled pieces I brought along. I cannot go back home until they are sold, and every piece carries the love, time, and creativity I poured into it.
Below this post are the products available for pickup, each with its price tag clearly displayed.
So If you’re in Lagos and love unique art, this is your chance to grab something special.
📍 Location: Ajah, Lagos
📲 To order: Screenshot your favorite piece(s) and DM me on WhatsApp: +2347080501180
If you can’t afford a piece right now, you can still share this post, refer a friend, or invite someone who might love them. Your support, big or small really means the world and can help turn this setback into a blessing. 🙏

This is exactly why where you work in the early stage of your career cannot be reduced to just salary. Money matters, of course, but the experience and exposure you gain in those formative years shape how you think, what you believe is possible, and the kind of risks you are willing to take later.
Early environments set your ceiling. If you spend your first few years in places where ambition is small, process is rigid, and innovation is treated as disruption rather than opportunity, you internalise those limits. But when you find yourself in rooms where people are building, experimenting, and solving problems at scale, something shifts. Your sense of what is normal expands.
You learn how decisions are made, how resources move, how bold ideas are funded, and how failure is absorbed. Those lessons compound over time in ways that salary alone never could.
The hardest part is that this advantage may be invisible when you are young. You think you are just taking a job. In reality, you are choosing the environment that will shape your instincts, your confidence, and your long-term trajectory. Do all you can to be in that environment. 📟
There’s an unfair advantage to become crazily successful that many people simply neglect.
Think about this:
Herbert Wigwe & Aig founded Access Bank. Before that they were directors at GTB.
Before Moniepoint became a unicorn, the founders had worked at another unicorn called Interswitch.
Before Steve Jobs started apple, he had interned at HP.
Coincidence? No.
Exposure is an unfair advantage.
Do everything you can in this life to get into rooms where your dreams are the norm for the people there.
See what is possible.
Get into those circles by any legal means necessary.
You’ll never be the same. Something will rob off on you.

Being a data platform engineer makes you a jack of all trades.
One minute you’re deploying infrastructure. The next minute, you’re thinking about cloud cost optimization. Before you know it, you’re being pulled into a data security meeting.
You end up being the one who can solve problems and who can step into multiple roles depending on what the situation demands.
You’re the walking example of the popular quote, “A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one”.
