Trump has survived “grab them by the pussy,” Jan. 6 and two impeachments. How can we know for sure when it's truly over? We'll know Trump is toast when Jim Banks turns on him. Column: indystar.com/story/opinion/c…

The irritating thing is that this guy, and to some extent, his entire generation, really do think that they're the victims in all this, the people getting screwed. When literally no generation in the history of this planet has ever been treated as well on a relative basis.
“I’m old. I’ve paid my home off,” said Ray Warner, a 72-year-old Akron resident. “Why would I pay property tax?” Across the country, homeowners are asking the same question and revolting against property taxes at a scale not seen in a half century. politico.com/news/magazine/2…

Under the circumstances, I really think it's fair to exclude Chris Ballard from the debate.

The Colts' loss to the winless Titans enraged the crowd and will bring change. Say goodbye soon to GM Chris Ballard, HC Shane Steichen and even QB Daniel Jones. Say hello to a long rebuild. And listen to how angry this locker room was today. indystar.com/story/sports/co…

This is what happens when party leaders freeze a field by supporting a problem candidate and at then at the 11th hour they withdrawal their support and force in an unvetted loyalist. Leaves you vulnerable in a general election. Feel bad for Max. This isn’t his fault.
New: @BeauBayh is out with a new ad featuring endorsements from two Hoosier Republican officials: Marion County Deputy Chief Scott Robinett and State Sen. Greg Walker. Also hits Max Engling on driving record. youtu.be/VXn8OhW0rC4?is=d0pw…

No one knows who their candidate is and their response is to totally ignore this and waste all their time attacking the opponents. It’s such an interesting strategy.
I think if Republicans say one more time Beau Bayh has an unusual voting history the polls will flip their way.

Key anti-corruption voice speaks out
Conservatives across the Hoosier State need to support @MaxForIndiana for Indiana Secretary of State. His opponent is just another leftist radical cosplaying as a moderate. Don't fall for it!!!!

Also not a good day to be on the self-marginalized Bayh-hating left watching normies win the soul of the Democrat party forever on their march toward winning the governor’s office.
I don't think any amount of polling could move me off my prior that Max Engling probably wins, but it can't feel good today to be on the side that has treated Indiana voters like they have no choice for the past 10 years.

This result — truly a generic R vs. generic D matchup — should make you a little more skeptical of the Secretary of State result.
The secretary of state poll results are the headliner — but — comptroller was a surprise that shouldn't be overlooked. Democrat Jessica Bailey: 39% Republican incumbent Elise Nieshalla: 36% Libertarian John Schick: 4% Don't know/unsure: 21% fpinews.org/policy/2026/10/1…
