More seriously, the recent dismantling of DEI programs shows how a legal/political push can cause a preference (falsification) cascade, akin to the USSR's sudden collapse after Berlin's Wall fell.
Rather than revealing an objective truth about DEI, this reflects the cyclical nature of cultural trends:
cool→mainstream→oppressive→overthrown→rebellious→cool again

How to Play
Each player chooses a row or column and takes all its cards. After everyone has chosen, redeal the grid and rotate which player picks first. Draft 6 grids.
