Getting better at drawing has been my obsession for the better part of a year, and while I feel very personally satisfied by my progress just for my own sake, I can't deny seeing relatively big numbers under my artwork for the first time also feels pretty good. 😳

Coming back 7 months later to say I'm still not finished playing Digimon Story: Time Stranger, and to post a drawing of Inori.

My friends and I have been greatly enjoying Digimon Story: Time Stranger lately, so I drew Kanan Yuki 👁️

Scorsese's storyboards for Taxi Driver were a big inspiration for me, a poor artist, to feel confident drawing ideas to share with our illustrators. I can't understand why so much of the older generation of artists are swayed by this crap when they already had it all figured out.

Martin Scorsese is now a partner and advisor for a generative AI startup He says he's using AI during preproduction to help storyboard projects “I’m interested in the intersection of technology and storytelling, and seeing how that can push the bounds of creativity to create deeper and richer experiences for audiences ... cinema is a young medium ... we have to be open to how it can evolve" (via @nytimes)

Our game Detective Instinct is on sale on Steam for the next few weeks, so I thought I'd try to draw Emma to commemorate the occasion. Feels weird drawing fanart of your own character 🤔

Sketch I made of Sato from Paranormasight: The Mermaid's Curse 🌊
Detective Instinct - OUT NOW on Steam and Switch!@TrainDetectiveMar 1
Unsurprisingly, I loved Paranormasight: The Mermaid's Curse. Great cast, and it uses its gameplay mechanics very tastefully to serve the story. Getting the true ending drove me insane, but it's up there with some of my favorite ADVs 😮 Was inspired to try sketching Sato 🐢

Very appealing character design! Trying to get more comfortable with exaggerating poses without veering into anything anatomically busted. Still think I'm a little too timid about folds in clothes, too. But overall, very happy with this! The practice is paying off 😤

Drew these for some figure drawing practice. Learned a lot about clothes folds and agonizing over proportions. A lot of areas for improvement, but a big step up from what I was capable of even just a few months ago!

saw I Am The Walrus on a random list of top classic rock songs after really only knowing the Beatles from their hits and thought y'know that's a pretty odd name for a song. Then I heard it 🤯🤯🤯

Spent way too much time on this, but it was fun and I learned a lot. Baseball players are great subjects for practicing drawing people 👁️
