What, there's no road going to this fire. That's ok. Call Goggle. Tell them they need to update the map!!! #undisciplinedcowboys #thisistheway #iaimtomisbehave #longhairdontcare #ihavespoken #understandyouroe #wildlandfire #rems #paramedic #empf

So, I finely get why some women read those smutty novels. I was introduced to dark romance, and....... damn is hot! Makes 50 shades seem like a watered down Disney movie...🤣🤣😂😉. You'll thank me later.

I am going to be honest. This has been some of the steepest, most dangerous, and technical terrain I've been on since starting in wildfire. And only outdone by some mountain rescue I've participated in while a flight medic in the Army, in Colorado.
However, @blackwoods_er REMS delivers! We supported firing operations on this gnarly patch of ground to give the Sante Fe and Fort Apache hotshots peace of mind, along with the other medical resources, shout out to MED team 6 (@roughcountryresponse), and Ambo 12 (@frontlineems
). Great teamwork and communication. We also have some to notch DIV Supt's and trainees, as well as MEDL'S!
Damn it feels good to be gangster! 🤣🤣🤣

I am super excited to get this PODCAST out on the interwebs. We discuss the new REMS standards and some of the more ridiculous parts. #UndisciplinedCowboys #UnderstandyourOE ##iaimtomisbehave #thisistheway #longhairdontcare #IHaveSpoken #Paramedic #EMPF #REMS #fire #fireline
So, they say never tattoo yourself on the arms. But I did anyway. It was really hard. As you can see, there are lots of blotches where I'll need to touch up because you don't have your other hands to pull traction on the skin.
But I'm really stoked about this piece. It's only the 1st part. Early B day present to me, by me, from me, lol

Last day on the line for a few. Was able to get in a hike to check in on a lone handcrew. The places I find myself, and I wonder, I could just stay... but alas, homeward bound. Seasons not over, just a pause.

It's peaceful, then I remember I'm in California.
