As I walked out of an elementary school this afternoon with the sun☀️ shining and a big smile 😃 on my face, I thought: "I should post about how much joy I get from collaborating with the educators at this school."
But then I thought...

Giving them space to dream about learner-driven classrooms, showing them the strategies for making those dreams come true, and providing a platform to share those dreams and successes with their colleagues; that's what brings the joy.
It's the work that aligns with our why.
