If you put Dedic, Nico, Toure or MFP in Villa’s squad, they’d be praised as great signings. The issue is the environment. Villa are a well run club with a very good manager. They make mistakes too, but the general direction is a positive one. I feel for our new lads. #nufc
Finding this difficult myself. Jaissle inherited a mess and it will take time, but he needs to do more to earn that time. Run of six games starting from Hull are best we’ve got all season. Not going well. Next three massive for Jaissle. #nufc
Three subs today and one of them was to bring Burn on up front. Jaissle has a player available to him that knows what he wants in Dedic and he would rather play Miley at RB. Don’t get me started on Steur. #nufc

Some better things in the structure, but ultimately, our biggest issue is that we don’t have many players that can kick a football. Everything is a struggle. #nufc
Going to be a fun game for the neutral this weekend, Villa's last three games have had 35, 34 and 35 shots in them. Even conceded 15 shots in a 6-0 win. Chaotic game. Sadly you'd back Villa's attack to take advantage of this over ours. #nufc
Don’t buy the ‘protecting value’ angle with Murphy. He’s going to be 32 next summer. His value isn’t going to be very high with a new contract and you risk being lumbered with him. Argument makes more sense with Willock, but seems he’s off on a free sadly. #nufc

Hopefully Jacob Ramsey is back for the weekend. He’s impressed me when he’s played this season. Has a bit of aggression most of our squad is lacking. Could be the perfect number ten if Jaissle persists with 4-2-3-1 as he can drop in and help off the ball. #nufc
Some Spurs fans still pine for Poch. Eddie had to go, but until we produce seasons close to what he achieved, it’ll always feel like we’ve gone backwards. It’s hard to imagine we’ll have a season like 2022/23 or 2024/25 again anytime soon - even if football moves fast. #nufc
In previous seasons, I always fell back on believing in the manager and playing squad after a defeat. This season, I have hope things will improve, but it’s not based on much logic. #nufc
Jaissle had a difficult hand given to him. He deserves time, but it’s also a massive opportunity for him. Our squad should be putting in better performances than it is. If he keeps playing people out of position, his good faith will erode quickly. It already is. #nufc
