Terrible service from @TUIUK - currently 7hr delay on BY44763 Cyprus to London Gatwick, 16:50pm departure is now expected to leave at 11:40pm. Sat in a very hot airport with an under 2 year old, with it now being the fourth time it’s been delayed. Only provided with 10euro.
