Bill Maher Says Democrats Are Turning Against Israel, Accuses Them of Playing Politics With Jews and Genocide Claims Ahead of 2028. Host: “Do you believe that Israel, in one way or another, is on the ballot in 2028?” Bill Maher: “Oh, absolutely. It is the litmus test of the Democratic Party. I’ve been talking about it on my show a lot. I’m sure there are people, I won’t say who, many of them are in show business, and they see themselves as social justice warriors. They just don’t know anything. They just don’t have the facts. They just don’t have any perspective. It’s a terrible war. I proved this with facts on my show a few weeks ago. It’s not a genocide. Genocide means when you attempt to, or do, if it’s successful, kill everyone in an ethnic group. Patricide means kill your father. Homicide means kill yourself. Fratricide means kill your brother. Genocide means you kill an entire group. Okay, just go to even the Hamas numbers. It’s terrible that 3% of the population is dead. Many of them were the enemy. They were fighters, and a lot of the other people were civilians that the enemy purposely put in harm’s way because they fight a propaganda war that way. So no matter how you cut it, it’s horrible and tragic. It’s just not a genocide. You’re just changing a word. You’re just taking a word and making it something new because you don’t like these people. You can hate the Jews. You can hate Israel. You can hate Netanyahu, but just don’t lie. And the Democratic Party is at this place now where they demand that everybody tell this lie because they know that the TikTok people, they vote now. They’re the younger people. That’s where the energy is in the party. And they somehow got it into their head, because they don’t know history, because they weren’t taught it, that Israel is the worst country ever, when actually, in the Middle East, it’s the only place their bratty asses would ever feel comfortable living would be Tel Aviv.” Bill Maher argues that Israel will be a major litmus test for Democrats heading into the 2028 election. He criticizes people in show business and younger voters for what he sees as a lack of historical knowledge about Israel, rejects the characterization of the war as genocide, and accuses Democrats of catering to younger voters who oppose Israel. Maher insists that people can criticize Israel, Jews, or Netanyahu, but should not distort the meaning of genocide.

If you commit an illegal contact or defensive holding on 3rd and 10+ on my team you’re taking the bus home.

This is unbelievable.
Two weeks ago I pointed out the Eagles did not attempt a straight drop back pass from under center. Defenses know any time the Eagles are under center they are either running or running PA. This allows the defense to blitz without fear of getting beat by a quick pass. 3 weeks later the Eagles still have not attempted a straight drop back from under center. The Panthers have (predictably) blitzed every time the Eagles are under center. How has the coaching staff not figured this tell out yet and adjusted?

I dont love this but the college football regular season died the year Ohio State won their asterisk title as the 3rd place team in the Big 10 and lost at home as 20 pt favorites to Michigan and Ohio fans still had the audacity to act like they had a winning season when in any other year Ryan Day is fired
Sources: The College Football Playoff is nearing a deal to expand to 24 teams, per sources. The new format will start in 2027 and is expected to come together in the near future, pending final approvals.

McVay happily rolled over and put the game in the hands of his shaky kicker and always lousy special teams? What the hell was that? Week 5 was like a Five-Day Dumb Coaching Convention.

I do not necessarily agree that the right move is to kick the ball out of the end zone. They get it at the 35 and they're one pass away from a FG. It's probably a 50/50 decision. The screw up was clock management on the final drive. Should have not been a kickoff at all.

We have a problem that goes far beyond college kids being anti-Israel. They are fundamentally anti-western civilization/free markets. This isn’t due to their experience, but a continuous indoctrination and ideological subversion at schools and on social media that has caught up and created a serious risk to America’s future. Either we take this threat seriously and engage in a real effort to completely reform the education system, or we will condemn America to a bleak future.
“The survey of over 800 undergraduate students across the country found that students say they prefer socialism to capitalism by a 42 to 28 percent margin. Separately, more than one in five—22 percent—say America deserved the 9/11 attacks,” via @freebeacon - freebeacon.com/campus/americ…

Abdul El-Sayed is entirely unfit to serve in the U.S. Senate, not because of his name or religion, but because of his deeply troubling, anti-American views. I am a Democrat who very much wants our party to regain control of the House and Senate. But embracing toxic bigots like El-Sayed, Darializa Chevalier, and Zohran Mamdani will do far more damage to our party and its electoral prospects than any political advantage we might gain from embracing them.

Hard to think of anything better than being an Eagles fan. Just have 100% faith that your front office / ownership will always • Try to win as hard as possible • Follow consistent good process • Ruthlessly cut bait on anyone as soon as it’s necessary

This day is profoundly painful for so many New Yorkers. It marks three years since the horrific war crimes of October 7. On that day, Hamas killed more than 1,100 Israelis and abducted 251 others. We grieve alongside our many friends and neighbors who still carry that unthinkable loss. The suffering did not begin nor end that day. It instead continued through the Israeli government’s devastating, ongoing genocide in Gaza, in which it has killed more than 74,000 Palestinians—including more than 21,000 children. Even since the so-called ceasefire, more than 1,400 Palestinians have been killed. That suffering has intensified with every Israeli bomb dropped on ambulances waiting outside hospitals, every drone strike targeting a residential building or journalist, and every shipment of food aid turned away at a border crossing. Many New Yorkers are reckoning with this unbearable grief, and we mourn alongside them – all while knowing that our tax dollars fund these war crimes. Three years later, we must refuse to accept a world in which occupation and apartheid continue, where war crimes are met with impunity, and our federal government continues its complicity with every arms shipment. To honor the dead, we must fight for a world in which every person can live with freedom, safety, and dignity.
