I’d say the next three games are massive for County. All three will be difficult in their own way. Being at home for 2 of them is massive, and would be good to get big crowds for these games

72 goals in only 20 games played this season! 🤯 Ross County’s goalscoring run continued at Montrose as they won 5-0 at Links Park. In the last six games, in all competitions, the Staggies have scored a remarkable 38 goals. [📹: @RossCounty]

Thought County were very good again yesterday, as we have been for the last month or so Scoring 5 but could have been a few more TBH 5 different scorers too, and all very different styles of goals too.

Only negative was the soft penalty we conceded, but positive in that Foster made an excellent save from it Also down side is Forrester’s injury. A few saying the pitch was good, but from the stand I thought the pitch looked poor with joins in carpets still visible

Some strike. I actually think it’s the first time I’ve ever heard the home fans applaud an away teams goal at Victoria park.

Best consolation goal…ever? 🤔 Alloa Athletic were 4-0 down to League One leaders Ross County when Scott Taggart scored this in stoppage time! We make that to be his 37th goal in over 600 competitive appearances and we doubt he’s scored one better. [📹: @AlloaAthleticFC]

A lot of people questioning the merit of having B teams in this cup, but failing to point out Hearts B had 9 out of 12 points before this game For the majority of this cup we’ve fielded a ‘weaker’ team, but given we also lost to Aberdeen B we went with a stronger starting XI …

County had a flying start and 4-0 inside half an hour before hearts had the player sent off We continued to play the we have all season though when it could have been easy to show boat or simply go through the motions. And even the sub that came on staking a claim to start games
