I know it's a fan dub, some people ask "Why does a cartoon need a UK dub if it's already in English?" 2 English dubs aren't unusual, and sometimes the UK dub is better. Doogal/The Magic Roundabout is a great example of how the US dub shoved in unnecessary pop culture references.
