“Always start your answer with …” Anytime i dont see that, i know context has rotted and none of my claude md is being followed By far the best improvement

People who are really serious about robotics should make their own hardware.

Any robotics people can help me with this? I am using a compliant insertion while rotating, but i cant get the plug in the pin I have decent pose estimation, and i cant reliably pick in the same orientation, but the placement requires a lot of accuracy

@BronarsToni @younghyo_park this looks very close to your blind precise assembly work. My pickup orientation varies, then I need a tight insertion while rotating. Would your encoder-only search policy fit this kind of plug geometry?

Arc pushed browser UX forward. Now that I spend most of my day running agents through browsers, it feels like the browser is becoming infrastructure again. Open-sourcing Arc would let the interaction ideas survive even if the product doesn't.

The most pain i have ever felt Goal was 2:47, got 3:03 Maybe it just wasn’t my day, but also maybe I am to blame for this. Every projection said that it was in the books, but something happened at km 30, pain in my shin, and cramps all over my legs and diaphragm. Today was a lesson to give more attention to the race. Being ready is not only in the training, because I did do that. What I did not do is rest enough, eat well, and sleep well the week of and the week before that. I am writing this as I am walking away from the race. We live and we learn, Boston 2028 is still in the vision

The best part of building robots is watching the software disappear. Perception, motion planning and hardware, finally agreeing.

Toronto Marathon race week. Ten weeks of structured training, one spreadsheet too many, and now the easiest part of the plan: eat pasta.

Turned on Claude Code's "You Should Know" plugin and it caught an assumption buried in a migration I would've shipped without noticing. It's a second agent whose only job is watching the first one. Oddly reassuring having a backseat driver that's right. cclessons.jaczaar.com/lesson…

Claude Code mods stopped being external scripts this week. They run JavaScript inside the CLI's own process now, so I wrote a 10-line one that adds a live tool-call counter next to the spinner. No sandbox though, so I'm only running mods I wrote myself. cclessons.jaczaar.com/lesson…
