Faith has a doing. Boiling it down to a bare mental ascent seems to be foreign to the message of Scripture.

Keeping, loving, giving, forgiving, doing, obeying, preparing, watching, serving, running, offering, pressing toward, examining...

Many evangelical churches lack any awareness of the incomprehensibility of God.
It's as if the Everlasting Blessed One is at their beck and call and all things are clearly seen. The speech, the music, the postures; little fear, recognition of mankind's lowliness, and our need for his vast condescension to have pity on sinners.
Even heathen Nebuchadnezzar understood these things;

Enrich themselves.
Facilitate corruption.
Glad hand.
Impede the nation's progress.
Talk but not walk.
Encourage waste, debt, and poor examples of leadership to the next generation.

The state of Massachusetts took my own sister away from a loving home for absolutely nothing. Literally less than nothing. And they kept her until she was 18.
It destroyed my family. My father visited her every day for years. My sister tried breaking out of the homes.
The courts didn’t care. My family went broke trying to get her back to no avail. Lost the house. My dad ended up living in a car after I joined the army. He never told me because he didn’t want to distract me from training.
But I graduated basic and my childhood home was gone. My sister still gone. Parents got divorced. Dog died. Literally you name the bad thing and it happened.
All because the tyrannical state of Massachusetts decided it could take my sister away.
It is the most oppressive state in the union and it isn’t even close.

What was once considered the cradle of liberty is now the cradle of communism. And there is no escape that I can see.
That state thinks it owns us. And it acts accordingly.

The parents allege a school counselor socially transitioned their daughter without their knowledge, then reported them to the Department of Children and Families.
Now the state has guardianship, and a restraining order prevents the teen's parents and older brother from contacting her.

Societal degeneracy, depravity, forsaking the God of our forbears has brought a tragic harvest on the nation, families, individuals, and ultimately eternal souls.
Repentance should be a hallmark quality of the churches in the USA and may God have mercy on this family.

How did we get here? A nation that rejected the God of their forebears and the gospel of His Son, Jesus Christ.
2 Peter 2:21-22 KJV
For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. [22] But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.
Men need to do more of this.
If men would've done more of this in the first place a lot our current hell would've been greatly avoided.
Not too late to turn the ship around.
A society once grounded on the truth of God, the gospel of Jesus Christ, and the common-sense reality of Natural Law now given itself over pharmakeia (φαρμακεία): Sorcery, witchcraft.... Repent and turn to Christ today.

The Song of Moses in Exodus 15 shows God placing a clear division between His people and Egypt, between the Kingdom of Light and the Kingdom of Darkness.
After Pharaoh’s army is crushed beneath the sea, Moses does not soften the moment. He does not say, “Well, God loved them too.”
He glorifies the judgment:
Exodus 15:6 Thy right hand, O LORD, is become glorious in power: Thy right hand, O LORD, hath dashed in pieces the enemy.
The depths of the abyss vs. the depths of grace.
Romans 5:10 (KJV) For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

We should demand more. Transparency, accountability, and America First.
There's no fear of God in the public square anymore. Shame fails as a deterrent because shame assumes the person stands before the eyes of a Holy God.
Multitudes of professing believers have come to believe everything is about them, their decision, their perspective. Thus, holiness and sin, the set-apartness and the profane, are all weighed according to human sensibilities instead of by God's standard.
When man is elevated and God is lowered, God no longer functions as God.
