I have not been playing that much, been working on procuring another $80k a year job before I J-person and arguing with TDLR about my submitted documentation.
Found it yesterday, so I go back to a 48-hour week next Mon (Mon-Sat). GG's unemployment, been fun (and stressful).

As far as my BBBO run... I fucked it up in the Buggy match, started folding after.
Netplay competitive isn't the same as the real game, and crashing our last round on my comeback/me flubbing their round gain is tilting af.
I played okay, but not definite. Buggy the local goat.
As cocky as I get about uni 2 and how I play Gord, I will play/lab this patch the way I need to so I can win.
It doesn't feel as good as unist, but the zohar patch is breathing a different kind of play into the game. Gonna prove there's a reason I play like I do.
Got my ill-gained 5th place. Only a few complaints on current gameplay, definitely feeling dash-throw momentum loss.
Gonna work on the system aerial counters and try again soon. I think this will honestly be a healthy patch, but it's too early to tell for me.

Played uni for the 1st time since I got Avatar.
Yeah, I got this NA Gord. I need to cultivate my xp a little more.
Personal sobriety notes:
1x alcohol = from good to great decision-making in FG's, lose the hesitation of work vs not work on sober mind
2x alcohol = great to good decision-making, with wildly inconsistent motor control timing
3x alcohol+ = fair play at best. Repetitive.
For the Avatar players:
If Toph is using 5c in pressure consistently at close range, there's a gap between her 5c->special-cancel followup that will always let 2a/5a (spacing dependent) punish on reaction.
Please stop letting Toph bully you with a rock, she gets enough damage.
