If you don't have a strategy for handling unsanctioned RMM in your environment you're behind the 8-ball. Here's what I would do to start if you're doing nothing about this yet.
1. Download the full list of RMMs from LOLRMM lolrmm.io/api/rmm_tools.json
2. Remove the 1 or 2 you actually use
3. Upload the rest to your EDR and block them by hash
It's better than nothing to start out. Then, if you want to get more sophisticated, create a scheduled task in your favorite AI agent to monitor for changes. Then download the updates and block them in your EDR.
This is literally free and costs you nothing but a few tokens and some time.
Please do this!!

Haven’t tweeted since 2021. Really nailing this whole personal branding thing 😂
Been busy building @LevelRMM. Going to share more about building software, growing a team, and what we’re learning from the IT folks who use it every day.

Your 20s teach you what you want.
Your 30s teach you what it costs.
Your 40s teach you what happens when you keep postponing it.
Every decade has a lesson.
The expensive one is usually avoidance.
In my 20s, chasing the wrong things clarified what I wanted.
In my 30s, building and fatherhood showed me what those choices cost.
Now I see the real cost of postponing an idea: years spent leaving it in drafts.
What are you finally making time for in your decade?

I'm going to hold your hand when I say this. I really don't like the new @basecamp 💔 The more I look at it, the more I get upset. I am going to go as far as say that this is the biggest adjustment since Instagram for me.
We use it mostly for knowledge sharing rather than task management, and my typical userflows are just gone. Also, something about the design makes me deeply unsettled.
Sorry Basecamp team, I can tell you worked really hard on it. This is just really unexpected

I'm just going to say it because I'm so frustrated.
Anthropic is terrible at DevRel.
I think we all saw what happened with OpenClaw, but I've also seen it personally.
I've DM'd and tagged a bunch of folks at Anthropic, and I've literally never received a a single reply or DM.
On the other hand, look at Codex.
I switched over to Codex recently and started trying it out.
I love it.
So much so that I've switched my entire dev workflow to the Codex CLI.
I posted a few tweets and quickly @gdb @hillarycbush (who's a friend, but nevertheless, nice :D) @embirico @dkundel and more immediately started to engage and get my DMs.
All of them asking for feedback and offering support.
I just don't understand what's happening over at Anthropic 🤷♂️
(FYI I'm paid $0 to say any of this. I have received $2.5k in API credits on OpenAI but I'm using my paid ChatGPT Pro account for Codex usage and haven't spent any of the $2.5k yet.)

Someone put together a list of all the book recommendations made by founders and CEOs in Hampton recently
there’s a book club now that one member started which is pretty cool.

SpaceX engineers are trying to deliver Starlink terminals & supplies to devastated areas in North Carolina right now and @FEMA is both failing to help AND won’t let others help. This is unconscionable!!
They just took this video a few hours ago, where you can see the level of devastation: roads, houses, electricity, water supply and ground Internet connections completely destroyed.
@FEMA wouldn’t let them land to deliver critical supplies … my blood is boiling …
