Doing a showcase & openly recruiting other kids is nasty work. 😂 If you have to snake everybody else’s kid to win that says a lot… You don’t trust the kids you have! You can’t develop. If you’re like that then stand on it 🤷🏾‍♂️ Not in the good ole boy club . I’ll speak on it

High school coaches chasing stars at other schools instead of developing the kids in their own program is wild to me. Build what you have. Develop your backyard. That's real coaching.

Cal linebacker Cade Uluave is entering the NCAA transfer portal, he tells ESPN. He earned first-team All-ACC honors with 100 tackles last year. He’s a junior with one year of eligibility remaining.

BadAss Offensive Line Coaches understand that a 16 year old OLineman may be terrible…and the same young man one year later may be dominant. Never give up on a young OL, especially when their body hasn’t caught up with their age. Ive seen horrible young OL become War Daddies!
