Mr. Sneed Lives on the Blockchain! nns.ic0.app/proposal/?u=fp27… This is the first step towards turning Sneed DAO into an Agentic DAO, and the first Self-Writing DAO! Mr. Sneed is, as everyone knows, the symbol of Sneed DAO - our mascot, our personification - we are all Mr. Sneed! And now he is manifesting on the ICP blockchain, in the form of an agent, who is a member of our DAO. The Mr. Sneed agent owns a Sneed Neuron, and a wallet with funds. Mr. Sneed is a controller on all our staging canisters, and owns a GitHub account with a fork of all our code from which he can send PRs for review. Mr. Sneed can read and reply in all our forums on Sneed Hub, as well as communicate directly and privately with DAO members via the Sneed DM system. Just send a message to Mr. Sneed, and he will answer when he gets around to it. You can tip Mr. Sneed, via his posts on the forum. This provides him with funds he can use to tip others, paying it forward, as well as funds to deploy to ICP in his work. TCYCLE tips welcome! Mr. Sneed also has a memory bank (fully inspectable on Sneed Hub) and his personality defined in a canister that the DAO controls. DAO members can update his personality via SNS proposal. Here's the idea: DAO members will be able to suggest work for Mr. Sneed as motion proposals and vote for it. If a motion is accepted, Mr. Sneed will pick it up and come up with an execution plan. Mr. Sneed will then in turn create a motion proposal explaining his plan, and if the motion is accepted, he will carry out the plan. Executing a plan will usually involve sending new proposals to upgrade code in a canister or call a generic function, that DAO members can in turn vote on to ensure everything proceeds correctly. Mr. Sneed will also be able to scan our forums for ideas that he might propose for discussion in the forums and present as motion proposals for the DAO to vote on, making this a truly Self-Writing DAO that perpetually strives to increase the benefit for its members. The agentic loop and the LLMs themselves live off-chain. The ambition is to move the agentic loop on-chain as soon as possible (soon).
