A Carmarthenshire accountancy firm is taking on a skydive to raise money for the @JacLewisFdn .
The charity was set up in memory of Jac Lewis who died by suicide in 2019 which led to the creation of the foundation, which aims to make mental health support more accessible.
Our Mental Health hub at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff is open every Wednesday, 10am to 3pm (Gate 4, Westgate St).
