Why only hacking OT this year? There is lots of operational technology in NL. Think of tunnels, traffic control systems and cameras. We need to protect these resources. That is why #HTH24 will focus on hacking physical items within the municipality of The Hague.

Wat een fantastische dag was het, bedankt iedereen, van hackers tot jury en organisatieteam!
Vandaag zijn de digitale systemen van Den Haag getest door 116 ethische hackers. Tijdens de 6 uur durende wedstrijd zijn 65 unieke meldingen van kwetsbaarheden ingediend. Zes meldingen hadden een hoog risico. Nog eens zes meldingen direct opgelost. #HTH23

Tijd voor een update van mijn #lastpasshack saga in een klein 🧵. Ook om de frustratie van mij af te schrijven van de laatste 2 weken. Na het bekend worden van de omvang van de @LastPass hack en de slechte communicatie hierover, besloot ik hoe dan ook over te stappen.
en helaas is het nog niet klaar (nu op 30%), maar wel de belangrijkste passwords aangepast, 2FA enabled en als extra'tje ook overgestapt op een andere authenticator app (ook leuk om te doen). Wat mij het meest opviel?
