I am investigating the possibility that @RealCandaceO and UVU are working together to mitigate the lawsuits pending against them both. The pending wrongful death lawsuit of the Kirk Family vs. UVU and the Harpole vs. Candace lawsuit. If @RealCandaceO is getting footage and leaks from UVU as a quid pro quo to aid each other in these civil suits, this could be a massive story with severe civil and criminal implications. UVU has refused to comment on my story thus far and @RealCandaceO has not responded to email for comment. I do not have enough to print this story yet, but it is a developing story and the implications of joint cooperation during a capital murder trial would be HUGE. I am not making ANY accusations, YET. But if this story pans out, this will have MONSTER ramifications. Again, no accusations as of yet, but if Candace Owens is getting evidence leaked to her and there is ANY type of mutual mitigation agreement, this will develop into a major scandal Personally, I have a hard time with this because this would be EPIC on a level of stupidity even Candace Owens should be smart enough not to do.

Of course, she points out the link in the bio, remember, they adamantly DENIED being with one another and even tried to set up @brandisiciliani with a staged phone call denying they were together. Here is the worst part, playing this off like it was thousands of dollars and not the few hundred it may have cost to serve if they EVEN SERVED AT ALL. To this date, still have not seen an affidavit of service. They acted in August like they were not together and were trying to raise funds. Now look, just last week on 10-8-25 he knows he has to post something because he has been outed. So he thinks by posting this that puts him in the clear for his fraudulent behavior. Then the infamous STRIPE RECEIPT, IMAGE 4, whereas after we have found out he blurred out bullshit on the credit card receipt form the smokehouse that did not need it my bet is this invoice is a scam as well. ALLEGEDLY. 🫡 But like I said before, IF it turns out he just hired a process server, paid him a few bucks and got money back, even if it is just a process server, HE HAS A MAJOR PROBLEM •Federal Wire Fraud — 18 U.S.C. § 1343 •Utah Communications Fraud — Utah Code § 76-6-525 •Utah Theft by Deception — Utah Code § 76-6-405 Telling donors you “hired a high-profile attorney” to induce donations-when you knowingly hired only a process server-could be a materially different representation of where their money was supposedly going. AGAIN- Now, I am not saying he did this, I am saying he represented a high-profile attorney, but here is where he screwed up, (allegedly) THIS BILL does not appear to be a legitimate attorney bill. Because in Utah, unpaid legal work CANNOT be paid via third party processor, unpaid legal work must be put into an ESCROW account: Rule 1.15(c) says that legal fees and expenses paid in advance must be deposited into a client trust account and withdrawn only as the fees are earned or expenses incurred. THEREFORE, IF THIS IS AN ATTORNEY BILL, THERE are MAJOR PROBLEMS, and I have no issues saying I have turned this stuff over to the proper authorities.
