What does net-zero JUP emissions actually mean? 🪐
Getting this question a lot under my posts.
In Feb the Jupiter DAO voted 75.3% yes on Net-Zero Emissions.
> ~1.2B JUP of planned emissions, cut
> ~700M JUP parked in the community cold multisig
> Team emissions paused
> No scheduled unlocks
No new JUP hitting the market means your holdings aren't getting diluted with new supply.
Wen will emissions come back?
There's no end date on it. This will require a DAO vote.
Meanwhile 50% of onchain revenue still goes into JUP buybacks.
And ASR does continue.

Due to broader market conditions, there is currently a liquidity crunch impacting withdrawals.
Market conditions will cause users to deposit or repay their loans. As they do so, withdrawals will be able to process again.
This is normal and expected during events like today’s. Liquidity will soon be available again.
The protocol is functioning as expected and all funds are safe.
