Clip from IG- Sub 6’ flamethrower headed to @GreenWaveBSB in Live ABs last week. Fastball playing around 93 during this phase and a lot of things have to go right to hit those numbers at Preston’s size. Elite RATE of force production (not just FP) Elite lead leg stability (not just strength) Arm Spiral @PRIME_HTX HQ📍 @FairchildPitch @_alecwilliams @JT_throws @Garrett_Clem10 @PrestonGorski

Another quality outing for the #uncommitted ‘28⚡️ T92🔥Fast arm Got his average FB spin up into the 2200s in pens last week w @FairchildPitch (something he’s working on) Impressed with how athletic the kid is to immediately take the adjustment into the game. @PRIME_HTX @JT_throws @_alecwilliams @Jacksonseel2028 @Stratford_BSBL

Every arm is unique, and after training thousands of athletes over the years, we say that with confidence. Coach Jose, a former University of Houston LHP up to 95 MPH🔥 is a perfect example. His delivery isn’t built around forcing his arm into a “textbook” position. What makes Jose’s arm action so special is his ability to access extreme end ranges of motion while maintaining elasticity, connection, and movement freedom throughout the move. That combination allows the arm to flip up, spiral, and organize right on time from a unique slot. The goal isn’t to make every arm look the same, it’s to help each athlete find their individual movement capabilities that allow their arm to move fast, free, and on time. ⚡️ @PRIME_HTX @JT_throws @FairchildPitch @_alecwilliams

2nd outing of the event🔥 T91 w run and a legit mix. Hard worker, solid human in the training environment @PRIME_HTX #uncommitted 2027 @FairchildPitch @JT_throws @_alecwilliams

Way too easy🤯 @GreenWaveBSB commit currently programming through a POWER phase this fall at Prime HQ as we continue to push not only fastball velocity, but his ability to throw everything harder, move faster, and ultimately spin the baseball better. What Instagram doesn’t show is the YEARS of work behind a clip like this. The constant grind for that 1%. At sub 200 lbs, he’s built the strength and athletic foundation to program up to a 500-LB SINGLE on a reverse lunge — ELITE top 1% world strength for a HSer But “strength” alone isn’t the goal.. That’s why movements like this are paired with sprint work and highly specific explosive movements designed to improve how quickly he can recruit and express force. There is real science behind what we do. Instagram/twitter are usually the highlight reel. The real development happens behind the scenes. Athlete first!
