How Brian Flores Uses Pressure to Kill the Run
The Mechanics Behind the Vikings' 80%+ Early-Down Blitz Rate
The defense’s main goal is to apply pressure on every down and in every gap to create a “flinch effect.”
It’s an extreme fight to constrain space.

"Whatever we do, the defense is gonna go."
Arizona Cardinals DL Andrew Billings says there's always pressure for the d-line to perform.
@AZCardinals Come on Monti...where are the Lineman. We need OL and DL. You got another power back to pair w JC. Didn't upgrade QB room via FA. You pinched for $60mil Cap..use it where we need it already!!!

First it was Steelers coach Mike Tomlin. Now it's Dolphins star Tyreek Hill. It's clear from these mic'd up clips that @AZCardinals stud @Buddabaker3 earns respect from his opponents.
