“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28
Striving every day to walk, live, and serve in His purpose for my life. Grateful to my @BaileyMSBucs family for this amazing honor!

Every day at work is an interview.
Not for your current role—
For your next one.
It’s not just big wins. It’s:
✔️ Your attitude
✔️ Your initiative
✔️ Your consistency
Lead before you’re promoted.
Someone is always watching.

God is not punishing you; He’s protecting you. We love it when He opens doors. We know that’s the hand of God, but the closed doors are just as important. He’s keeping you on the best plan for your life. Click here to watch: "God Controls Your Doors" bit.ly/3LwFSDa

See yourself healthy. See yourself strong, vibrant, accomplishing dreams, enjoying your family. A lot of people want a better life, but you can’t give birth to what you haven’t conceived. You have to conceive it on the inside, then God can bring it to pass on the outside.

Way to go @BaileyMSBucs Ms. Floyd!!! We are so proud of you and are rooting for you! Your impact to the campus and our students is inspiring, transformative, and deeply appreciated. 3rd district finalist in a row for us. We have amazing teachers who make a difference daily!
Super proud of our @BaileyMSBucs secretary Mrs. White who has served our campus in many roles over the years always doing what’s best for our students. Shout out to former Buccaneer Karla Arroyo Espinosa and an awesome Buccaneer supporter Johnny Williams on their recognitions!

What most people don’t realize about teachers:
They’re often the most consistent non-family adult in a child’s life—
and sometimes, the most consistent adult, period.
Kids don’t just want consistency. They need it.
And teachers quietly show up—every single day.
