I travel for work. I traveled 48 out of 52 weeks last year and sometimes fly multiple times a week. Often the same flight schedule and flight numbers. The quality of service from flight to flight varies so much it’s weird. There’s no standard anymore even within the same airline

Is there anything as unnecessary as the Chickfila drive thru lines? All those crazy modifications are lane swapping and cones and wrapping around the building multiple times just to save money on a few feet of parking lot or just build another franchise down the street.
Why would anyone think someone would want to give up their aisle seat to sit in a middle seat on a cross country flight? I can’t tell if these people are assholes, or morons or both.
Can we get past the airplane mode myth? If phones connected to cellular service were an issue we’d have chaos on every plane, every flight.
