Le Conseil d’État (décision n° 508643) a rejeté la requête de la Confédération nationale des associations familiales catholiques (CNAFC). Celle-ci demandait que les parents soient associés à la mise en œuvre des séances et au choix des intervenants extérieurs.
CE QUE DIT LA DÉCISION :
❌Le programme EVARS est obligatoire et se fait « en complément du rôle des parents et des familles ».
❌Il n’a ni pour objet ni pour effet de porter atteinte à l’autorité parentale.🤬
❌Aucune disposition n’oblige que les parents soient informés à l’avance des séances, qu’ils participent à leurs modalités, qu’ils donnent leur accord, ou qu’ils soient consultés sur le choix des intervenants.
❌Les parents restent membres de la communauté éducative via leurs représentants et peuvent toujours demander des informations ou une entrevue.😡

Il a oublié une chose. Du temps du royaume de France, il n'y a jamais eu d'immigration durant ces 1300 ans. Les rois étaient des rois très catholiques, mais anti-immigration. La France était le seul royaume à avoir subi aucune immigration, sauf un peu de Vikings en Normandie.
