šļø While some are heading out to enjoy the holiday weekend on the course, turf teams are putting in the work behind the scenes to make it happen. Great turf doesn't take a day off, and neither does the dedication behind it.
š§¢ Tipping our caps to all superintendents this Labor Day!
Have a safe weekend, everyone!

Do not be afraid to share your testimony as it can be an open door for someone else in the same position. A moment where you can say āI see youā & provide them comfort & love from God himself. That you can be the hands & feet of Jesus. Donāt be worried on how or what to say because the Holy Spirit will be there to guide you through it all. You just need to be open & obedient to the opportunity.

At the end of a long summer, many golf courses have areas of dead or damaged grass that need to be repaired. Successful recovery depends on timing, tactics, and a little patience š

You may not notice every decision behind preparing a golf course, but you notice the result. A superintendentās attention to detail keeps courses in top condition.

My former Sales Manager Michael Hileman and Darren Seybold Director of Sports Turf at University of Tennessee.
Michael is one of the best guys I know. He keeps it šÆreal, I took in as much of his methodology as I could and strive to build quality relationships with my customers.
Even if I canāt help you, or thereās something Iād recommend in a competitor line. Iām not looking to steer you into a sale if itās not the right solution. I feel that being open and honest and providing the best solution (even if it isnāt āmineā) I build trust to carry that relationship forward with the customer.

The Houston Ship Channel, just east of downtown, is surrounded by 5 major rail yards to immediately move cargo all over the country. This infrastructure is over 100 years old and is on the Houston City Seal. I'm always surprised when folks complain about the east side trains because they predate everything around them. Southern Pacific built the Englewood Rail Yard in 1899!

Members of the Steel Green team were honored to participate in this year's Renewal & Remembrance, joining hundreds of landscape and lawn care professionals from across the country in a day dedicated to honoring our nation's heroes.
