Happy birthday to our sweet, kind, STRONG, & silly little girl. You bring us so much JOY.
She still has me wrapped around her finger. Happy 9th birthday, M’am!

Coach Andy Winters & I are excited to host the first annual Celebration Classic!
An exhibition game between our @RULECougar & Coach’s @Otterbein_MBB.
However, the day is really about celebrating ALL abilities, lifting up Max, & honoring our Kaci Jean.
Please share!

Had this sent to me today. The 15-16 MVNU 🏀 staff. What a crew!
A BIG TIME student assistant in Will Smith & @YSUMensHoops
@CoachFaulkner1 & @ScotsMBB @CoachJoshBrown. Two BIG Time head ball coaches.
Love these guys.
If I’m not in my office or inside Ariel Arena you will probably find me here. My new favorite spot on campus.
Kaci’s swing 💙💛 Thankful for this special space. 🙏🏼

Could not imagine doing this college coaching life without my #1 team right by my side.
This past week has been heavy. I want to honor her & carry her with me in everything I do.💙💛

When you’re a leader you must understand 3 things…..
✅Accountability & empathy must coexist well together
✅You cannot & will not please everyone
✅Building & empowering other leaders must be a focus for your team & environment

This is a great photo that shows 3 different kids from 3 different cultures demonstrating brotherhood, leadership, respect & togetherness. Your team might have similar types of pictures or stories, so celebrate these traits with your athletes. Promote positivity.
