There are few honors in life like this one. I was speechless for days.
The Oakridge School in Arlington, TX, named its Hispanic Honorary Society (Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica) chapter after me. It is now the Julian Marcelo Rodriguez Chapter (Capitulo Julian Marcelo Rodriguez).

My student excited that she passed her FAA drone exam. We need #MoreLatinosInNews flying drones!
My summer drone course was excellent... And here's my favorite course review comment:
[...] "Julian is the coolest teacher ever and knows his shit. He sparks the flame."
Here's a short sample of in-class assignments.

Here is what I don’t get. Why isn’t @Acosta @CNN part of this panel at RNC? He covered the #Trump White House. Been there longer than @kasie from NBC & Chris Wallace who moved over from Fox. And no #Latinos. @CNNPR @jaketapper @DanaBashCNN FYI @NAHJ
Grateful for the support by @statedept, @USEmbassyBogota, and @GrupoEnergiaBog for selecting the @utacomm and the @UCatolicaCo for the 100K Strong in the Americas. UTA and UCC students will visit Colombia and the USA and produce climate change content for @conexiontiempo
