I’m just describing what I see & hear in my residential neighborhood, which has become the hub of a national event. If you don’t want to read that, follow any one of millions of other accounts.

Went down to Nicollet Ave just south of 40th. Quiet but a lotta traffic moving in both directions, more in the direction of the precinct. Buddy of mine is guarding his restaurant with coworkers & family.

Previous nights the protesting has turned toward the destructive around dusk, closer to 9:30-10. Remains to be seen if there is any attempt at curfew enforcement at 8, and whether or not that makes a difference—or just kicks things off earlier. Less than an hour to find out.
