Greatness doesn’t negotiate. It doesn’t bargain with excuses, lower the standard when the work gets hard, or shrink in the face of uncertainty. In my 27+ years in education—from the classroom to the boardroom—I’ve learned that greatness requires holding the line when everything around you says, “That’s good enough.” Whether turning around a struggling campus, coaching leaders to see what’s possible, or navigating my own battles, I’ve discovered that greatness is not about being the loudest voice in the room—it’s about being the most consistent, courageous, and committed. The mission hasn’t changed. The vision hasn’t dimmed. And the standard? Non-negotiable. #Greatness #LegacyDriven #Rewirement #LeadershipWithPurpose
