@qatarairways still no response to multiple messages here around how poorly my wife and children were treated. It seems that your approach is to acknowledge the information sent but then never respond with any detail. Yet you are happy to promote your customer service?!

@qatarairways extremely disappointed in the lack of response to a complaint we have sent regarding the poor treatment of my wife and children's recent long haul trip to Australia. Very stressful and costly experience. We expected a better service than this.
