This is how you lose the respect of your coach! Awful answer
Look at @StephanieWhite completely go out of her way to defend DiJonai Carrington after she clotheslined Sophie during that layup.
Even the ABC commentators said it was clearly an intentional Flagrant 2. But Steph is defending the DiJonai because she taught her and AT to do this
But according to PCA, Babe Ruth is a conspiracy theory. You just can’t make up dumb shit like that.
#Yankees Babe Ruth maintained a .402/.543/.793 slash-line over a 250 game stretch from April 30, 1923 to Aug. 8, 1924.

College Freshman
1. Pick the right kids on the team to hang around
2. DO NOT get involved with the party crowd
3. Get to sleep at a reasonable time every night
4. Don't go home until Thanksgiving if school isn't in your hometown/area (plant roots and make new friends)
5. Do more than expected, be engaged and earn respect with work ethic and maturity
Remember, nobody cares what you did in HS/Travel Ball, if you were drafted or who scouted you.
You're starting over.
You have to earn respect.
Dan, do you trust this “friend“ with this information? Because if this is just hearsay and not truth then it’s a bullshit rumor that looks bad on all parties especially Gunnar. I get it. I was a player for 11 seasons and I was frustrated from things out of my control, but I can only control what I can control and that’s how I play and how I compete.

Suck it the fuck up and be a leader! Stop whining about it and do something! You are there to play baseball, not the GM! Don’t whine to your agent about being traded. The old saying is “if you don’t like it play better“

Long time Oriole Nick Markakis shared a piece of advice he received from Oriole legend BJ Surhoff.
You don’t have to overwork, BUT make sure you practice with a purpose. Practice like you play.

Listening to people talk baseball who don’t know a damn thing about the game is becoming nauseating!
Everybody has an opinion. Very few actually understand what they’re watching.
It’s still hard for me to understand and listen to him, especially after him saying that Babe Ruth wasn’t a real player. The lack of respect of a former player is mind-boggling especially one of the greatest players ever to play this game.
Pete Crow-Armstrong says being locked in 100% of the time isn’t elite focus, it’s a shortcut to burnout
“You’ve got to be excited to go out there every inning. It’s important to take some moments off, not take pitches off, but the time in between pitches.”
“If nobody’s on… I’m letting my mind wander. I’m looking up into the bleachers… Seeing who’s there.”
“You’ve got to check out sometimes… So you can lock it back in.”
“If you are locked in 100% of the time… You’ll burn out in a couple weeks.”
“Other sports don’t have the luxury of our pace of play. It’s a different motor for sure.”
I understand what he is saying. But I don’t think automatically taking the mental part off in between pitches is necessarily a good thing. You can dial back the intensity of the focus a little bit.

🚨BREAKING: Former NBA Super Star Announces He will Join the WNBA
Enes Freedom played 11 season as a Center in the NBA. He is 6’10’’ which would make him the tallest player in the WNBA. The WNBA recently said they would welcome biological males in their League.
If the WNBA does NOT allow @EnesFreedom to play, America First Policy Institute will legally represent him in court in his fight for fairness and representation.
Let’s see how woke and ‘fair’ the WNBA really is…
They EARNED it. They did not do that there first few years because they didn’t earn it yet. Today’s players come to the big leagues thinking they have earned it. They haven’t.

Just a quick reminder to every launch angle strikeout king out there in 2026 that there’s still nothing wrong with a single.
