More than two more months have passed. Not a single other agency has produced a single record.
Six months later, none of the other agencies in this FOIA lawsuit - including CIA, NSA, ODNI and the FBI - have made a single production of records yet. Just a lot of feet-dragging and bureaucratic finger-pointing.
NEW: Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo made a flurry of unmasking requests last spring, just as Trump & aides were slamming Obama admin & Biden for their use of the mechanism to get names of Americans mentioned in intelligence reports politi.co/3rG0CfX #FOIA

1/Last Nov we filed #FOIA lawsuit for @JMadisonProject & @NoahShachtman against @Interior to learn who tweeted this unprofessional Public Affairs msg in response to @TimFullerton. No federal agency should act this way. Today, we settled case & learned @BenGoldey was responsible.

Today, on behalf of @JMadisonProject & @NoahShachtman, my firm filed #FOIA lawsuit against @USGSA to obtain all docs, incl @GSAEmily's e-mails, that reveal why - & on whose instructions - they delayed certifying @Transition46 & providing needed funds for smooth govt transition.

Today we filed #FOIA request on behalf of @NoahShachtman of @thedailybeast to @USGSA for disclosure of docs pertaining to certification of @JoeBiden's presidential election victory. We cannot compel agency action, but we can ensure transparency.
Litigation will follow as needed

We ran into same thing in #FOIA lawsuit for @JMadisonProject & @bradheath.

Proof of life from @BradMossEsq
Happy, he is not.
We can confirm that @BradMossEsq and @MarkSZaidEsq are alive and well, despite the Twitter crisis. No word yet though on how Mr. Moss is doing with the phantom sensations of sending new tweets that he can’t actually send.

But @RichardGrenell clearly states names of senior officials who requested #unmasking does not jeopardize sources or methods. We filed #FOIA requests today for @JMadisonProject & @joshgerstein for all officials' names from 2016 to now who requested unmaskings. In 10 days we sue.
