John, my great aunt suffered from Chagos Madness whilst out in the colonies many years ago.
She ended up raging hysterically about moist bread, the anti growth coalition & trans activist civil servants.
She eventually ended up as a lettuce & had to be ‘put away’…poor dear.

A bit of Schadenfreude for the Trump administration- when Farage rejoiced over Brexit, the U.K. endured Covid, the Ukraine conflict and the Truss mini budget. We lost our export markets, retirement in the EU, Erasmus - and we gained inflation and migration from Commonwealth.

I fully understand the need for folk to require #weightlossdrugs- but here are a few additional suggestions. We often eat when we are bored, so how about alternative things to do in evenings where you can’t eat? Yoga class/ walking/ craft class/ banning food in cinemas?
