Why am I not shocked that @WellsFargo told me they would adjust my credit card bill to remove the bogus interest charge and late fee only to have an outstanding balance of $4.18 after several billing cycles of them not completely fixing the issue as promised 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I’m getting sick and tired of paying higher and higher prices for @amazon prime and getting worse and worse service. “Customer service” can’t even offer any solutions. They used to extend your prime without even asking and now they claim that’s impossible. What a clown show.
